    I am selling a weight loss site with 20 pages of unique content. The site address is http://www.losethattummy.com/

    Monetization of the site is through clickbank products.

    Have not been doing SEO on the site lately, but still have been getting some visitors with signs up once in a while.

    More work must be done in ranking the site. I can provide you with the keywords I have researched for this site.

    Reason for selling site: I am quitting IM to concentrate on other work.

    You really need to post some stats if you expect people to bid..
    Traffic..revenue..keywords that are ranking and where they are ranking..

    The site was completed around the 9th Oct 2011 and I purchased an SEO service which costs about $250 per month. The SEO service has since increased in price, and I have canceled my subscription after about three month of the SEO service.

    The price is negotiable, but I do need the money and I have spent quite a bit of money on the site. Thanks.
