    Weightwatchers do a great online program I believe... but is an internet marketing forum really the best place to start your research? Your family doctor will be able to give good advice, friends, family... seriously, you came here?

    If you're planning to get your weight loss make sure that "you are sure" because determination is the best thing and discipline comes next to it. Even if you have a trainer or all of the things you need to loss weight it might not work you're not determined to do so.
