Looks good. I don't personally like the theme, but the general impression is quite positive. There are two things that irritate me: red color of the footer and the column on the right (ab. Proactol) - the font is bad.
You might consider moving the page title onto the header itself (white text?)... looks aweful lonely by itself on the top.
Content seems good! Not a fan at all of the color scheme and theme/layout though. Its ugly and doesnt catch my attention at all. Its the kinda website ill forget I ever saw an hour later. But as I always say, content is the most important part of a website and you seem to have some useful content there. One thing you should add in the content for the tips about a healthy weight loss diet. I didint notice it said (maybe it was tho, I only skimmed through). LOW GLYCEMIC food consumption is prolly the number one way to lose weight. Its SUGARS in foods that cause alot of fat gain. The reason is that simple carbs (sugars) with a high glycemic index (anything over 50 or 60 on the glycemic index should be avoided like the plague), increase insulin which shuttles nutrients into muscle (and fat) cells. If you look at the sugar content of virtually any processed food you buy, its just jammed pack with sugar, its disgusting. This is why obesity is out of control. Theres a really cool diet concept called SugarBusters. My parents followed it and they both lost over 30lbs of weight in just 4-6 weeks. Alls they did was remove all high sugar foods from their diet (didint even focus on eating less calories or anything, by not eating sugar you are dropping alot of calories automatically though). The higher a food item is on the glycemic index, the greater insulin release it will causse and thus the greater fat storaging that will be promoted by that insulin spike. If you look at the nutritional facts on alot of low fat products you buy compared to the normal version of the product, almost always the low fat version while it has reduced fat amounts, has significantly higher sugar amounts!! These products dont help weightloss at all, infact many of them are actually WORSE than the original versions of the same product. Also I didint see anything about EFA's (essential fatty acids) from flax seed oil, hemp seed oil, or the best EFA product on the market, Udos Choice Oil Blend (contains the ideal ratio of omegas 3, 6, and 9). Everyone should consume EFA's everyday but its very hard to get sufficient amounts from the average daily diet so an EFA supplement is usually a necessity and very helpful! You should go into detail about the differences between BAD fats and GOOD fats (EFA's).
It look OK to me but I would centre the skyscraper ad on the right hand side within the frame and add a bit more whitespace around images. Some images tend to run into the text.
