    Search fraze "How to lift weights" is 90.500 broad and 1900 exact typed in google. It has low competition so with a little time and work you can be Nr.1 fast. At the moment the site ranks Nr.6 for main keyword and that is with zero work done.

    Half of it it is unique. I can't accept lower bid becouse the site has premium plugins like Wp-robot3, Platinum SEO and lots of other great tools installed and licensed. Only the plugins are worth over $200.
