Is there a detailed faq of what weight means? Like for instance what a wieght of 5,000 means, or what a weight of 15,000 means etc. Like how many sites would your link appear on at each weight, etc.

There aren't specific details but all you have to know is even a little bit of weight (5,000) can make a difference for some keywords and the more weight you have the better! Just do a search for ebay and take a look at some of the results.

Thats the best example of the power of the network anyone can give.

No such details available because the network keeps growing rapidly so it's hard to quantify.

In general, if you have alright PR, you will get 1 link back for each one you give. Or others have generalized it by dividing your weight by 10 - that will be the new links you can expect.

Giving it a try is probably the best to do.

dividing your weight by ten isn't accurate at all from my experience (I tend to get far more than that..)
