Weight Gain Factors?

    I have learnt that PR and index pages are most important factor to gain weight.
    But page impressions for displaying coop ads carry any significant value?

    I am asking what kind of weight could be gained if i display coop ads (for say 100,000 pageview in a day) but the website has PR7 and most importantly it has only 1 page indexed.

    As i know weight could be gained if number of pages are more with good pr.But i want to ask about third factor that is to display coop ads and gaining weight.
