I've noticed recently that reviews are taking longer and longer (I know I don't review as often as I once did). I've just logged in now and it took me a good 1/2 hour to process a couple of hundred back log. I was wondering if it was worth rewarding reviewers with extra weight (something like 1 point per review), giving them (well us) a small incentive to keep on top. I don't need any extra weight and I'm only suggesting this to reduce the time ads are kept waiting for a review.
