Weight Bonuses??

    I have someone signed up.
    They do have ads on their pages.
    Their ad weight says -10

    The bonus weight for the sign up says 0 next to their name in my admin
    I do not believe that they have a Google API in order to validate themselves however I do have one and when I revalidate it still says weight 0.

    I am just wondering what how long it takes before I will see any ad weight next to their name.
