    How much time does this site take to run?
    Not much.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    Need some SEO done to further improve the ranking .

    I am selling a series of websites, along with their web 2.0 properties as a bundle.

    I did some screenshots of the Ranktracker results. Not impressive but can be improved.

    I have no time nor I wish to continue working on it, as it reminds me of my ex partner sorely.. Will consider a reasonable offer.
