Buying Weekly Link Builder

    Looking to hire a weekly link builder for small network of 7/8 websites.
    I will need an expert in link building with links spread over many different sources and varied anchors and urls.Varied PR, do follow and no follow, and position
    Will also require a weekly report of links built.(approx700- 1000 per week)
    No directory submissions.
    Let me know your prices and what exactly you can do for the money.
    Payment will be made by paypal weekly on supply of report.No upfront payments.
