Hi ... Every weekend brings a sharp decrease in my revenues and my CPC (Saturday and Sunday). Is it only me or else ? Thanks
I get a decrease in Adsense but an increase in Amazon sales. It has a lot to do with the advertisers as well, not just the traffic. If the traffic doesn't convert for an advertiser on the weekend then they'll pull or bid less on the ads.
Yes me too, the decrease in earnings is directly related to the decrease in traffic over the week end.
I hate saturdays and sundays. Why? because my earnings are so low during these periods. But I will do something soon. I think people use these days to relax and go to church.
the Saturday/Sunday being weekend, most people like to stay off computer. Well, atleast those that have an off line life has some good plans, parties/restaurants/clubs and all that stuff, which makes the traffic to drop on most website and hence the revenue goes down. However, there is no reason why the cost per click would go down... it should be the total number of clicks that should actually be down with the low traffic.
My revenue actually increases by over 50% on these days I guess it's down to the niche of your website(s)
same here. I think almost the same as the other fellow. at each end of the week, would be reduced, perhaps only general topics are stable.
I never really compared revenue on weekends, but traffic drops on weekends almost all summer. Maybe when winter arrives here in the n. hemisphere it will be different. I never really looked, but you would think traffic would be more steady on weekends in the winter when it's cold out and nothing too do. You never know though I guess.
i don't agree with the above replies.even Sunday's and Saturday's also we can get good traffic.i have observed many times.i think because of your website niches only.
My traffic drops about 90% on weekends on all my sites but one. I'm lucky to get $2 a day on weekends. I have long since come to the conclusion that the people who visit my site surf in from work.
