Up for sale is my site in the wedding planning niche. Wedding planning is a great niche to be in, with hundreds of people searching online for wedding planning information everyday.

Not only are these people looking for information but they literally have their purses (wallets) out ready to spend spend spend. So why not let them spend their money through your own wedding planning site.

The domain name = The domain name "weddingdirect.net" is short, keyword rich, and easy to remember. It was registered with Godaddy in November 09. It will be a free push to your Godaddy account.

The Site = The site was made using WordPress, which means it is super easy to edit and update with a few clicks of your mouse.

There is a video page which is populated with hundreds of wedding planning videos to keep your visitors on your site for even longer.

You also have a contact page, visitor sitemap, and privacy policy.

Also included with this site is the ability to build your own list by giving away a wedding planning ebook to anyone who subscribes. You can control this list and send them emails right from your site's dashboard.

Content = The five articles you see on the homepage with the pictures are 100% unique and written by me.

There are a few other articles on the site that are pulled from an automated content plugin. You can either keep the plugin and let it automaticaly pull articles and content for you while you just concentrate on the promotion side of things. Alternatively you can deactivate the plugin and just keep the original articles.

Traffic and Revenue = I have never promoted this site so assume no traffic or revenue. However it is indexed in Google.

The site is monetised in three different ways Clickbank, Adsense, and Amazon.

Transfer Details = After payment has been received I can transfer this site to your hosting account completely free of charge. Or if you prefer I can send you all of the sites files zipped up to your email address.
