Selling Wedding niche site - has had over 5 million views

OK, this was my first successfull website. I created a custom bio (profile) building tool for TheKnot.com which helps 'brides-to-be' create what they call a bio. They can put in pictures of all their wedding planning stuff like their dress, location, shoes, cake, etc...

It is running on a heavily customized version of Gallery.

Over it's lifetime, it has had over 5 and a half million page views across it's 4 domains.

The domains were just renewed but there was a few days lapse and that's why the traffic dropped to zero for the last few days.

It was set up as a free version and a pro (paid) version with a monthly subscription fee. I still have a few active subscriptions, but I will cancel these upon the sale. I will not get into trying to transfer subscriptions to you.

At the peak of it's popularity, it was bringing in over $2000 per month in subscriptions. That has slowly dwindled down and I am selling this as a no revenue site. You might be able to revive the subscription service to some degree, but I am selling this site as a great advertising site for a wedding related businesses. I would recommend giving away the pro version for free, build the traffic up, and use the bios as advertising tools.

Some of the hosting on the bios is tied to a specific IP address at Westhost, so you will need to leave it there. I also simply do not have time to transfer to a new host right now. So I will allow you to take over the current hosting accounts (3 accounts) and you can transfer it yourself to a different host if you wish.

If you build the traffic up to what it once was, you will probably need a dedicated hosting account.

The site has not been maintained for a while. The bio activation tool needs to be updated (which helps them link their TheKnot.com profile to their Bio Builder Pro bio.

There is a free Bio Building tool that draws people in but it isn't as good as the pro version and doesn't allow picture uploading.
