    registered at Godaddy with more than 11 months remaining.

    I bought it with the intention to develop it, but I don't have the time, and want to leave the web development niche and focus on my own portfolio and learning more coding languages.

    Develop the site, charge $30/page and outsource it for around $7. Great niche, as there are many people out there who buy designs and need coding, or design, but don't code.
