But as you post your directory URL here, I think you are getting 'some risk' by exposing them. As you may have heard several 'paid' directories were banned from Google.

THe profit of the website is one part.

I have put a lot of effort in this directory. Very large promotions. Nice design, i think, and good inpage SEO.

I will not sell it for less.

If i can not get my price, i will not sell

4) What is the reason that allmost all backlinks are from .ro domains, how stable is this?
5) How long is the site online?
6) How long has it been PR5?
7) The footer links can stay i think, the do provide a bkaclink right? Or are those paid spots?

I have NO paid links. If i have links, they are from friends.

www.xperts.ro and subdirectories.

Largte numbers are from several websites. This directory exists in ALL romanian directories, which transfer PR. Quality ones, not spammy or link farms.

Anyway, a lot of .com. .net, .org (wikipedia ? for ex.) are linking to it. Very many quality directories also. Effects are still to be visible (maybe a PR 6 ? )
