can anyone get on there site my host still works as it not on the usa server but there site dont work for the past few days now

I've got this error, when I used my spare server. It happened to me because there wasn't enough Ram.

My reseller account with them was fucked up.

For almost a month now, they were still unable to restore my clients data. My tickets are still left unanswered after promises to promises. Now I got myself a dedi for our offshore node.

All I can say is,

KEEP AWAY FROM WEBTHOSTING.COM!
THEY ARE BUT SCAMMERS!

Bentink, if you are reading this. Take off my reviews at your testimonials page. I take back all what I said from there, or kindly replace it with the following:

"By far the worst hosting service I ever had. WebT Hosting is clearly unreliable, and their networks and support sucks big time. Want to know more? Certainly the worst offshore hosting provider there is! - VoidStone"

 

Looks like you need to do some thorough research before you buy some web hosting.

No, I don't think so. Even in thorough researching, you will still end up seeing fake reviews for or against a web hosting company. You need to experience the service yourself. And always remember to backup, backup, backup!

We have your files (till now) but you used abusive language in the past which should terminate your account immediately which we did not.

All your files were provided, only the databases were remaining. We now have new employees and a new system and for that the site was down for some time. You should have received your databases in 3 days after the new system was introduced if you had not opened multiple tickets or used abusive words. Also your account has overdue invoices. Good luck with your OVH dedicated server purchased from a reseller

 

9 months as of now I guess.

 

They exist almost 8 months now. Not even passed the first tax year.

That's a total BS! I don't recall using abusive words 'til now. Re-check my tickets and let me know what abusive language I have used.

Why should I pay for the balance when you're not even working on your job? Are sure you have my clients' databases? Then why aren't any restored yet since June 13?!

5 more days and it will be the monthsary of my WebTHosting.com nightmare!

 

Instead of arguing, if possible, it is better to resolve the issue with a mutually agreeable solution.

 

The question is, what caused customers using abusive languange ?
