If people aren't prepared to read the whole TOS, they shouldn't purchase an account imo.

 

That's not even my point, my point was the fact that they have the worst support team imaginable - he can give a rats arse about any of his clients. That's what the point is. That's why you shouldn't utilize their hosting services

 

The "host" could maybe communicate on this thread

 

I used to be client of them too and the support is "terrible". Reply to support tickets are usually one word, or if lucky, one line.

Examples of tickets I submitted and the reply:

Ticket 1
Do you have ImageMagick support on your servers and if yes, could you please tell me the path where the binaries are installed?

Could you please tell me the path of the ImageMagick binaries on this server where I am hosted?

These are some examples of support you get with this company. And did I mention the reply took almost a month in some cases?
