Tho i dont like the background really
Header need to be added in the preview, else i cant decide if i like it or not. And its best if the top boxes are somewhat included in the header, like my preview site and shinan´s entry. The Menu looks as well a little to simple.

What i love are the ranking tables, good job on that. Maybe that green and blue from the buttons can be integrated a little more into the design.

Will wait for greenleafelf to post his Version, and kewlol for making his updated version.

Okay, just got back in town early this morning (read: somewhere in the dark times of before sunrise), so here is the mostly finished template. Of course, I can add the other side menus, I just wanted to have an easier to look at template entry, and didn't want it to stretch forever on the page.
