WEBTALK.COM - What's it worth?

I'm about to make a sale final, just wondering what you guys think that this wonderful domain is worth. It is 12 years old and has another 5 years left till it needs renewed.

 

Mid XX,XXX in my opinion developed it could be worth low XXX,XXX or more.

 

High $$$ in my opinion , it's good at all appr. points
1-name
2- ext.
3-lifetime

 

I would not sell that name for anything under $50,000 - and then if you developed it and made it a great, worthwhile site like it could be, it would be worth at least 5 times that.

Be careful how you do it, hold out as long as you can!

I think Only domain is worth 5K+... Could be worth a lot more if developed...

 

I don't see it worth like xx, xxx...maybe in a few years hell yeah but right now I would say it goes for $999-9, 999 which fits in sukan's range

 

Maybe you should put it up for auction with a reserve and see what happens?
