I think your aff is ok, but you should offer more then most of them, if you want to stend out. Maybe offer some webmaster referral bonus (5%), possibility to intergrade templates ads in to publisher site and maybe co-brand/white label template store.
I know this company and I know that their affiliate network is great. But they are not monopolists, and we may strongly fight for our part of e-market. And besides our prices are a little bit lower - as our company is smaller. So what do you think? Who will be interested more big or small websites?

Webmaster referral bonus (2tier bonus) is bonus that is paid to webmaster that referred other webmaster to your program. That means, if I start promote your program and and some other webmaster is also interested in your program and he sign up under my referral link, your company give me a bonus around 5-10% (your choise) of what he is making. And there is also something that I would suggest. Make shure that you have muti payment methods. Not just paypal. A lot of webmasters can't use paypal to get money. I suggest to you to have paypal, check, wire and mooneybookers. Feel free to pm me with any questions.

2 payment getaways is a good idea, but I was suggesting those 4 payment methods to pay webmasters, not your users to pay products.

Best places would be forums like this where webmaster are asking about template affiliate programs or webdesign related affiliate programs. But make shure ti submit your affiliate program to all biggest affiliate directorys like affiliateseeking.com and associateprograms.com.
