As always, a potential buyer will tell you what they are ready to pay. Otherwise you may try one of the umpteen free appraisal tools with the usual grain of salt.
WebsitesReseller is the best of the bunch due to its obvious commercial application.(IMHO) The "s" hurts the flow of the name a bit but still a very solid domain. I would consider offers of $450+ if it were mine. SellingAComputer could work nicely for a developed site that offers information on current aftermarket pricing/classifieds etc. for used comps. As is, I don't see much value as it's an indirect/infinitive statement like "Reading a book". CleanEnergyCompanies is a slippery slope i.e. by what standards etc. Of course these are just my opinions. As an above poster eluded, the only real way to determine a domains value is by its final sale price. GL
