if you want to get a cheap PR website, check ebay, type in the keyword "website" and when you see a PR domain website, check to see if the PR is not a fake at seologs.com

 

You can;t base price of a site on PR alone. Traffic is way, way more importnat, I feel.

 

I feel that not only traffic, but the content of the website, and the populairity, there may be one PR4 website worth 2400 and one PR4 website worth 4300$, its all dependent on other things

True. The quality of content is extremely important as well in the valuation process.

 

Pr has no value if your domain is pointing to nowhere.

 

i agree to u all but...But I have seen in many forums that ppl pay for links as per PR and not as per content!!

 

Traffic is way more important than PR. Unless you have a pr8 site then we are talking about something different .

i think it's nicer to have a site with pr 0 and then work on boosting it day by day.

but, yeah, a headstart is nice too, since you have money to pay anyway.

PR doesn't matter actually speaking, The backlinks and No. of Pages Indexed matter for me atleast

That'll never happen. Humans are too superficials; always wanting the highest, biggest, best

 

PR can be worthless if the domain doesn't have traffic and backlinks and also it's recommended to buy a PR website, not domain, because it may have lost the links.
