My site gets daily more than 60% of the traffic from Search Engines and the others from Referred sites & Direct Traffic.
Usually thats impossible, you'll never get 100% organic traffic. You can get pretty damn close, but usually your backlinks will send over visitors; not to mention it's not secure to recieve all your traffic from one source. Always try to get 33.3%\33.3%\33.3% when viable.... search engine\referral\direct
Organic traffic would normally constitute a major chunk of your overall traffic apart from referrals, direct traffic and CPC traffic (if any). SEO is the good way (the most effective one) to increase your organic traffic. Direct traffic is mainly dependent on brand recognition and referral traffic comes from link building, banner adds, etc.
the majority of my traffic comes from Google Yahoo and MSN, all organic. Surprisingly the most referred traffic come from people who have emailed my site to friends. I am #1 in Google, all white hat and have never paid a dime for adwords or the like. I love being an SEO guy
