    I have a website with 1200 - 1600 unique visitor per day now and 3000 registered member , Alexa 400 k . More than 20 youtube videos about the site .. Also there's a website based on my site ( linking to it for downloads ) ..1538 posts in the forums .

    Niche : Gaming And Downloads + The site has a facebook like toolbar which has chat and you can customize it to be for friends only or all members .

    Revenue : $ 72 in one month which was from 15 septembre till 15 octobre then I stopped caring for money .. It was by pay per month ads. and Donations . Its not doing very good with adsense because I don't put the ads in hot places , so its about $ 15 per month with Adsense but it can do much more .

    Price : only $ 350 .. Why I want to sell it for that cheap price : because I don't have time to spend time on the pc now .
