    I'm looking for low-maintenance or user-generated content websites, sites should be at least one year old, have unique content and consistent Adsense income of $50 or more per month.

    Not interested in the following niches: proxy, entertainment, webmaster related

    Budget: $3.5K

    12~24 or much higher, depends on the site. Basically I'm looking for sites which can sit there and generate income, the less work it requires, the higher multiple I would like to pay. Paid 15x for a site here this week, also paid 6-year income for a forum last month.
