I'm seeing more and more of a new phenomena. Websites that have a number of backlinks showing when using the link: command are PR 0. I'm wondering how to interpret this. Apparently, the incoming links are passing 0 PR. What is your opinion on what this means?
It is all trivial. PR 0 could be good if you are ranking for low competition keywords. It is all relevant to what you are ranking for. It isn't that they aren't passing PR it just means that most of the links that you have are of little to no PR.
They should register a PR 1 at least if the incoming links have ANY PR, which they do. I will add, the backlinks are from topically unrelated websites.
I have blog PR 0, if I use search link: I found 1,090 link related. I'm OK for that, because I still have lot traffic from google,
You have to remember that real PR is updating constantly but toolbar PR isnt - only every few months. Your real PR may be higher than 0
If you're getting good organic traffic from Google, wait for the next major PR update to see your improvement. If still not, work on better contents and more quality backlinks.
i think, u r at right direction and you need to update quality back links so you get min. pr 1 in next couple of days
Just be patient with PR...for as long as you still get decent amount of traffic, your site will survive
You don't have to worry about PR just continue to build more quality link for your site,.. it will eventually gain PR for the next update.
Things appear to be working a little differently this time around. Apparent rollbacks, PR 0 assigned to new sites just over a week old, etc. I believe it means Google is working up to a major PR export - not the minor stuff we have seen over the last month or so.
This is for established websites, including one with "sitelinks". A website with 151 backlinks in Google shouldn't be a PR 0 IMHO. The only way it could happen is if ALL the links stopped pushing PR to the page, or for some reason all the links are being ignored. These links used to count and the sites used to have PR. What changed? The only thing I can figure is that topically unrelated links may no longer pass ANY PR, which is quite a change.
i thing the aged domain have enough BL will get some PR at least PR1. but for new site less than 6 months will be PR0 only
