    Also... if you are interested in free web templates you can just start using Wordpress - many high quality templates are free and already CMS - ready :)

    I am doing a squidoo lens on this and will be adding sources for paid and free templates., but in the mean time their are tons of them out their what is your cms. If your using drupal you can get free drupal themes plus advice on adding them.

    I think wordpress has tons of free templates.
