There's a new 'buy and sell link' service that will go live next week: JustLinx. The cool think is that the service puts in all the key statistics about the site the link comes from (PR, inbound links, Alexa Rank) so you don't have to research it.
I use Adbrite for 9 months. And they pay better than Google. I can recommend it for SOME sites. specially sites with heigher alexa rank,(Not the number of visitors, Just the rank) But it depends.
