    - Links are fine, didn't noticed description & keywords META tags for each page, which are recommended.
    - You have a lot of META tags which are useless.
    - Use the CSS styles in a external file ( recommended )

    If i look at your keywords meta and accept that you are targeting those terms then i think you are too broad. Maybe think more specialized and go for a bit longer-tailed keyphrases.
