Buying Websites requiring no work + have some organic traffic + ATLEAST 8 months old

Hi, I am looking for good websites which require no work. For example: arcade sites, content sites, etc etc. Not looking for adult websites, or illegal website (torrents, free movies/tv shows, etc), gambling, proxies, forums.

These are my criteria:
1. Site has to be over 8 months old. The older the better.
2. If you search for your website on google, (with www or without), you have to be #1 for the result.
3. some organic traffic would be good.

I have a big budget, so can buy websites from just $xx to $xx,xxx. Ofcourse, if it is higher than $xx, or low $xxx, the price will be based much more on the actual revenue and traffic of the website.

Lastly, if you have a good website, which requires little to no work, with good organic results, pm me. I am looking for $5/m revenue sites or $5000/m revenue sites. Anything in between is fine.
