You can't really optimize it. Google does it automatically. It is based on traffic. Google has a certain cut-off limit of page views. If your pages are above the threshold view limit, they get indexed in the manner you have shown. What you can do is to increase backlinks and traffic to your site so that your page view count increases. Hope it helps!
You don't need to do anything for that. Its a new feature of Google. When you search for your domain name it shows all the category pages of your site try this for your own site and you'll get your category pages..

Thanks a lot for writing for me. I don't think its a new feature. I am seeing this for about one year and I have searched for my domain, it does show all the categories even pages but not in this format as the picture. If you can please redirect me to the Google page, where Google has written about this feature. Thank you again.
I hope you need seo expert or if you not afford it then try seo's on page or off page activities with google algo. cheers
