    if i made ID on site like www.TrafficHeat.com , or if i made around 30-40 ids on diff. sites like these, does it works for promotion of site like backlilnks and user on site ?

    I did this in the past , I've created ids on about 40 sites and I got 120-150 visitors daily to my website .

    relevant to your site it will be a hit and miss!
    To maximizes this technique make sure that
    the site you are targeting is related to your
    site to get more visitors.

    If you create just ids then it will not help to get traffic. You have to active over there to get traffic.

    It's also possible that if Google has already flagged those sites as some sort of "link farm" then having a link to your site there (especially more than one) could actually work against your site ranking.
