well u should have your own ideas and u will earn more if u make a site around some thing that nterestes you

 

Either pick up a niche for affiliate sites from ebay or if ur looking for adsense.
then go for Forex, insurance, health and technology niche content sites.
But competition is way too much for them. you gotta work on traffic big time
