    I notice that some DP members open a thread asking to buy sites.
    And it always follows with dozens of post with sites for sale that were not for sale before.
    I think we should get a sticky thread where you could post just the URL and asking price. So we could always check there and PM the author for info.
    I guess it will be easier than search and read all and every WTB or WTS site thread.
    My 2 cents though.

    Well, I'll do that. I mean I'll see what is the page number I've checked and get there on a daily basis for new sites for sale. Just the post with the URL and price is needed, so you can PM the owner for details for example, or get all details on the post for all. I mean, I'd like to see something like that here.

    Yes, a good idea. But my not include basic info that everyone will ask such as: traffic and income? This would save a lot of PMing back and forth.

    Yeah I agree. Maybe something like:

    URL: www. mysiteforsale .com
    Price: $ X,xxx
    Stats: www. stats .com/mystats.jpg
    Revenue: www. revenue .com/myrevenue.jpg

    I think that's about it since with these info, we can get PR, backlinks, etc...
    Did I forget something?

    Well, that might be a good idea, but a site being sold for $250 tomorrow might be $1000 after 2 weeks or $100 etc. And a lot of times, a website may not be for sale any more.

    Maybe a directory of sites for sale ?

    that is a good idea.
    if there is a lot of interest i can code something where a user can signup using the nickname here and add his sites for sale with information, and he can edit them whenever he wants later or remove it all together.
    then the buyer can browse all the active sites for sale from one main page. if he likes something, he pm's the guy here.

    Good point. You may then send a PM and ask. The seller may be disturbed few times for nothing though...annoying...

    Sound great. Two thing though:
    When you say 'here', do you mean from/in DP?
    And 'code something like that', free? for a fee?
