websites for sale

    i think people should include the url in the first post as i have seen in many cases people selling a website and not posting it on the thread and everyone asking for the url to be pm'd, this just causes people's to thread bump and alot off unacessary posts

    Some people like to keep the url of their site private. This topic has been raised many times before, but you have got to accept it the way it is :)

    And half of the chaps who say PM url never really want to buy it in the first place. You can identify them pretty easily by looking at their previous posts and Itrader

    Well the main reason is because they might not want anyone to know its for sale. DP is pretty powerfull on the serps and if you list your site here and you have a decent site that gets searches then people could end up finding your thread and seeing its forsale. Not great for business.

    Theres other reasons but privacy is probably the most important.

    Well i can give you an exemple

    You are selling a site that makes xxxx$ / month if you post url you will probably get cloned heavy so not posting url is a bether protection
