Websites for sale really stinks lately

Is it me or is there absolutely nothing worth buying in the websites for sale area of the forum this last year? There was a time when I bought a few decent websites that I still own today and are making decent adsense revenue.

It seems to me the for sale forum is just littered with websites that were registered less than 7 days ago. Someone buys a domain, low quality I might add, throws a copy of something on it, then tries to flip it for unrealistic dollars. There must always be a new wave of suckers that buy this stuff and that is what is driving this.

I wish that forum had the capability to do a more granular search of what is for sale so you could search by domain age, type of revenue, etc.. like flippa.

No doubt there is an occasional gem in there, but to find amongst all of the garbage is rediculous.

    End of rant.

Well, first I appreciate your thought which you have come up with this suggestion. However I think you would have got more exposure and comments if you would have posted this under the Suggestions and Feedbacks section. You are so right, there are lots of people out here, who have made the buy, sell, trade section weaker than the last year only because of their spammy attempts of making money ;)

Flippa is not what it used to be either. There was a time when there was some really nice internet businesses going for between $100,000 and $1m with strong revenue. Now it seems to be total dog shit with a few hidden gems here and there. It's all these flipping methods that were sold like 1-3 years ago are starting to have an affect.
