    -Only interested in blogs if they are fully automated..
    -Interested in forums with devoted members who post daily.
    -Looking for sites that have many returning visitors.
    -Not looking for websites that are like "on the moment sites" like an image host, or pastebin..
    -I'm looking for sites with substance, with visitors that return daily.
    -My budget is around 400-700$.
    -Sites making around $40-70 monthly from google adsense.
    -Sites with over 500 uniques per day
