    Must be able to prove earnings and traffic. Interested in sites that are 6+ months old.

    Still looking. You guys need to be realistic with your valuations.

    Eg. For a blog with adsense revenue I will pay 5x monthly revenue... if there is history. For autoblogs I would offer 3x monthly revenue, if that.

    Google can slap these small sites like that... Not waiting 10-12 months just to recoup the investment.
