Buying Websites earning $10-$250/month (AMAZON, CPA or Adsense monetization)

I am quite new on this forum, but I'm quite active buyer on Flippa.com
I am looking for quality established websites earning $10-$250 per month.

I prefer these monetization methods:
- Amazon (if you're from CA, I'm offering you chance to quickly cash-out ))
- other CPA or affiliates
- Adsense

Not interested in autoblogs, stolen or copied content, anything illegal or immoral or anything that's against TOS of above mentioned networks. Not interested in new websites with "potential" but without any penny earned. Not interested in anything connected with social hype (selling Facebook likes or Twitter followers).

I prefer US or EU market, but not this is not strict rule (I already own some India-market websites as well)

I have a lot of 36 websites currently for sale on Flippa as you can see in my signature.

I have 5 sites in the auction that earn over $10 per month, the highest is $60-$70 month average.

The sites are virtually a 'network' in itself if interested.

cbusiness: I saw your auction yesterday, but I've decided to pass it, mainly for two reasons: 1/ your earnings report did not show any date range and 2/ I rather buy sites one by one than in package.

I wish you successfull auction - BUT in case you won't sell it, and you would consider selling just the top earners, I'm definitelly interested.

 

The top earners are worth the buying price alone. I was just throwing in the rest to honestly allow somebody teh chance to own enough sites to influence search trends. How much would you spend on those earners ? // top 5 do $150 per month adsense + commissions + $75-$100 with articles posts (last month, first time).

Date range for earnings was stated below the download link.

cbusiness: It depends, whether i get GAN application (i've sent it couple of hours ago ) based on your post here).
If I get it then I'm able to give 12x average month revenue (would have to count it, but i'm to tired now ), 5am here...

As revenue, I count only passive income sources, that means adsense+commisions.
What means articles posts? If no automatic solution, then I would not count it to the valuation at all.

 

Well. I'll tell you this.

You WILL NOT LOSE in any way buying 36 sites with pagerank for $2500. You can just set all of them on original IPs, sell links on all the sites for $20avg... 10 permanent links per site... and still make your money back.. $200 x 36 = 7200

I have a really unique story behind why I'm selling and it makes sense.

I can get you approved for Google Performic's DrJays program. They know me because of that network of sites personally. I've been making them money since 2003 . I have direct contacts.

I understand whole network is worth the price (even if i dont count selling links, which is a) against google terms and b) not passive )

The second thing is, my current budget for this month is 1263$. And since this is not sufficient for whole network, I'd rather buy the best pieces than to let it go away Otherwise I would even buy the whole network for BIN probably.

 

We might be able to work something. I thought you said $1623, not $1263, so I'd have to change what i suggested in the PM. However, if interested in working something, lets do it.
