Buying Websites, critia in post

Budget: xx-xxx per site.

Sites must be at least 2 years old, on a decent tld, have 50% plus organic traffic.

Not interested in sites related to: Adult, Health, Dating, Drugs or Get Rich Quick / Affiliate products.
- or anything I could throw up in a couple of hours myself:
- must show results in google when I do site:yourdomain.com
- have google analytics (failing that I'd need raw log files)
- have at least 2 months of adsense. (or unmonetized, see below)

OR: Un-monetized sites with a 250+ posts and regular traffic, including sites in music, download, movie sectors.

No sales pitches, just domain name, traffic details, (income details, if any).

For any sites I purchase, iTrader will be left weeks, not days, later, enough time for any hidden details such as blocks or temporary traffic boosts to become clear.
