    Certainly a very good site and the revenue is fantastic although i think the price is some what high when in a recession maybe when good times start to roll again that price would be achievable but at the moment i dont hold much chance of a sale.Good luck with it though

    This is a common issue with sites like this due to the formula that they use not been correct in terms of finding out the value of a site.

    But that been said, the site is earning good money through ads so thats the value of the site.

    I used one website value calculator and it told me that my site was worth $1 million! I've not even worked on getting traffic to the site.:rolleyes:

    We have seen proof of earning up to $13000 so why would he take this?

    Come one people the guy wants a sale thats going to give him something to think about, as i said before the asking price of 2 million is too high but joke bids like this one above are a waste of server bandwidth.

    The site with proven earnings so far is worth about $200,000
