Yes. I coded every page, xHTML/Css, unique meta description and keywords in every category and subcategory .. There is also the design of the sites network .. youtips.net/youtips-sites.php all based on the arrastheme demo here http://demo.arrastheme.com/ but you can see the difference between the original theme and the 14 webistes modifications .. the forum (smf) theme is also modified by me

Read the previous reply about design .. I'll not discuss revenue in here .. 10$ per month from adsense and the placement weren't optimized (as it is now) .. So it's not about revenue, in the good hands, it will become a traffic website and you can imagine the profits you can make (you can create ebooks and sell them, you can make a resource store, you have the sites network, you can make thousands of dollars using it with affiliate programs, the registration for writers must be paid etc etc etc ................. ) .. Again, it's not the revenue that I'm selling here .. I'm selling a huge website .. I'm selling my work on it.
Links in the footer, part of a link wheel or whats the deal with those? Also does the Facebook and Twitter come with the site?
Facebook yes (what's the big deal? there only few members ..), the twitter is my friend account, I can't give it .. I'll give this one and you can place it instead http://twitter.com/handy_hints links on footer, these are partners, friends .. they link to us with their PR5 and above websites ..
Nice site However it's only 2months old with $10 month revenue and hosting isn't free.... prob won't sell it here for your min bid I have sold sites here that costs me alot custom etc hardly ever got the money that went in back couldnt even sell a site with 2000 members earning $100 a month for $500 anyways good luck with the sale.

oh woops sleep deprivation lol yeah mine is 3yrs old I kept it and recently relaunched the script cost over $250 $4000 spent on advertising alone site owes me about 6k and couldnt get $500 for it and I see useless crap get sold on dp quite often guess no one wants credit based safelists even with keywords in top ten of google go figure and dont bother paying flipper tried there waste of money IMHO since they moved not as much activity.
Personally, I didn't spend money on advertising .. I got visitors from Google for free ! And the script running a part of the website (the core) was given for me for free from the creator, and he is selling it now for more than 100$ (I forgot to mention that should I add 100$ to the price? ) As I told you before, if there is no one to buy, I doesn't matter ..
Nice site is, I had a quick look and it seems most the content is free for all articles. Is their any unique content?
