I have made this site 2 months ago and its 71k alexa world rank it have 180K+ pages indexed and site has 700k+ pages ....

I have made this site in php and also its SEO is very nice also it has 500+ backlikes that is waiting for get indexed in google ...

Its Algorithm is very nice ....

First off, I do not see what can possibly constitute this site as being worth 10k.

Your very own script prices it's own worth at around $300, and even at that price I feel that is very steep. (http://thenetinfo.com/stats/thenetinfo.com/)

Can you maybe give us some traffic and/or revenue details. Not a very professional write up for a website you claim is worth $10,000.

How about some more information about the algorithm used, is it unique?

 

33 months revenue? thats a bit high don't you think? Also if your going to try to sell a site for 10k you might want to post some proof of ownership, traffic, and revenue....

are you sure this is unique script. I have seen this script elsewhere also, in a site which was for sale here. Little different but it was same. May be I am wrong but just making sure. Please your website is not worth this much, reduce the price.
