    is there any other way except alexa.com to see website world rank .......
    google provides dis service?

    and hw alexa calculate the rank of the websites??

    Compete, quantcast (both are not as good as Alexa), there is also Google Ad planner that will give page views and visits etc.

    Oh I didn't know about google adplanner thanks very much a nice way to spy on other sites, and get a good idea of traffic.

    To an extent agree as Alexa has recently improved stats & figures and its a quick measurement that seems to update within 1 week intervals :)

    From the Alexa toolbar. All Alexa traffic statistics are derived from the toolbar community. So, tell 5 people to install the toolbar and visit your site everyday and you will see your Alexa rank skyrocket.

    That's why no one cares abot it. It is too easy to manipulate.
