Website wont stop reloading

    i made a website and for some reason it wont stop reloading. On EI and FF it keeps reloading or refreshing. Is there a way to stop this?

    I took everything off the site and it still continues to refresh non-stop in IE.

    Have you updated IE? Check your index.php file and htaccess file for changes. Do you have some sort of meta refresh?
