    I have a website that is earning over 200.00 per month. All earnings are from AdSense and affiliate programs. Most of the traffic comes from the search engines.

    I am considering the idea of selling this site because I just need the money for a family project. This site is an autopilot earner.

    Site was first registered in 08/2006, current expiration is 08/2008 (GoDaddy). I am the original owner and the domain has been used for the same purpose since day 1.

    I have been asked if I use PPC or paid advertising to promote this site. I have never used PPC and I do not spend anything on advertising. Most of the traffic comes from the search engines.

    With proper promotion this website has the potential to earn much more.

    I thnk I have done really well with the site. It ranks well in Google and Yahoo for the target keywords and they are very competitive keywords, i.e. paid surveys and related phrases.

    Proper promotion, in my mind, would be paying for advertising.

    Think about it, this site is earning over $200 monthly with traffic of around 1k per month. How much would it earn if it got 1k per day? That could be done but it would probably require paid advertisements or some other way to drive more (targeted) traffic.

    I am selling the site because we need to come up with a lump sum for an unexpected expense. To be honest I would rather keep it for the regular money, but I have to let it go.
