    Hello DP people!

As we see mobile market is coming more and more each day and in the future desktop users amount might start to shrink a little, while mobile users most likely will keep growing.

What you think what kind of website would be the good choice to start, which can survive for long years, (of course, if managed with love) which is suitable for mobiles too, not only for desktop PC's

Preferable earning revenue: from the advertisements on site (but not selling anything)
Preferable niche: entertainment or maybe informative.
    Preferable traffic: SEO

Thank you in advance for your opinions :)

Anything similar to http://www.upworthy.com/ , http://www.writtalin.com/ etc. has a huge potential. Fresh, sensational news with daily updates. Get a good, catchy domain name, hire a team of writers (or find volunteer writers) and you will thank me later.

Well desktop or laptops are likely to always have their place if they serve more of a purpose than tablet PCs. However, I see your point. Mobile marketing is on the rise and has been for a few years now.

My advice is that if you want a long-lasting web business, stay away from relying on SEO as your primary source of prospects; it is simply too volatile and that's the way search engines like it. I only see this trend getting worse and worse.
