I have wordpress themes site with alexa rank 40k and more than 3k unique hits daily

I have adsens on this site and clicks not increase than 10 cents per click however, 40% of visitors from USA?

    What is the problem ?

This could due to many reasons, like your ads placement, your niche, and the most importance is your visitors will to click on the ads.
If you have so many US traffic, try to put Chitika and Clicksor together with your adsense.
However, please keep in mind that your ads should not mimic adsense, otherwise your adsense account will be banned. Try different colour, appearance from adsense.
Hope you success to earn more.

What do you think we should answer you? 10c CPC is very good and the only improvement you can do is research and stuff more higher paying keywords of your niche, don't think that anything more can be done.

There's many factors that can impact this. I've got niches that generate $5.00 per click one day and $0.10 the next. Why? Talk to Google! :)

Earning depends on clicks not traffic, but traffic will bring more possible clicks.I agree that you make some adjustments about ad placement.

If you have a low click per ad shown they pay less. try using one less ad on site so rate goes up and move ads around to see if you get more clicks.

Dont put too many ad blogs on a page. Usually the highest paying ads are shown first. So your earnings depend a lot which ad people click on.
