Selling Website with great domain and two payed scripts (+one more domain)

My wallpaper website is using a payed script wich I own the license for. Since I don't have the time to update the content I'll sell it. You also get a arcade-game script (from the same developer) with a lot of games.
Both sites are well optimized for ads and seo, and imo it got potential.
I'm kinda new to this with domain transfer etc, but I'll contact namecheap about that. Both hosting and domains are with namecheap.com.

The reserve price is 50$. I contacted namecheap today and it's no problem to transfer both hosting and domains to a new person. What this means is that besides the sourcecode to two sites with content and two domains, you also get a hostingpackage wich was payed for @ "Date: Wednesday, August 10, 2011 8:25:37 AM" so it's host for 8 months! The hosting plan is a namecheap value plan.

The 2nd domain is brickle.org and was used for my arcade website. Both domains comes with WhoisGuard!

If you wanna push the domain it's up to you, but I wont pay for anything. You get everything as it is and you have to contact namecheap if you need support in the future. Very good 24/7 chat support. The arcadescript +sql is in a backup folder in the rootfolder and is not online at the moment.

No, why do you ask? I removed ads from adsense today since it's my gf who stands on the account, and since I wont maintenance the site anymore I removed them. I can put them back temporary if you want, however I can ensure you that google never complained about this website.

OP, a couple of questions:
1. What kind of terms are people searching for on Google to find your site? Is there a couple of keywords which takes up most of the traffic, or is it spread over dozens of search terms?
2. regarding the arcade script - why is it offline? I can imagine an arcade script using a lot of resources, so I wondered whether your host asked you to take it down if it was using too many resources for a shared hosting account. This wouldn't be a problem for me, as I have a server available, I just wanted to check.
3. Is it possible to buy the sites separately, or are you only selling as a pair?
4. Lastly, can you please tell me which wallpaper script you're using, or was it a custom made script? Is there support available for it from the developers?

Hi and thanks for your questions.
1. Analytics shows that 'epic backgrounds' is the mainphrase that visitors been searching for. Other reasons are names of wallpapers, like 'anime 360x480 wallpaper', 'horror 1366x768' etc.
2. The arcadescript is offline because I only have one host, I don't know if it's possible to host more sites at the same host. When I first bought this hostingpackage I was using the arcadescript bought from avscripts.net, the site did'nt show out to be as popular as I wanted. After a while the same developer announced their release of wallpaperscript, wallpapersitescript.com. And as a customer from avscripts I got a discount, wich I used to buy and try it. There are forums for both scripts, and the developer is very active. At least the few times I've been searching for him.
Tried to make it run under a subdomain, but it does'nt seem to work properly.. arcade.epicbackgrounds.com
3. Well now I allready started the auction with both scripts and domains, it might be rude to potential buyers to change it all now..If I don't have a accepted bid at the end of the auction you may contact me if interested.
4. wallpapersitescript.com, worth 29$ script itself. The arcadescript is using avscripts.net, script costs 19$ but I also got copyright removal (10$) and a gamepack with 1250+ games (5$), so I bought it for a total of 34$.

Correction: No, I have'nt been contacted by namecheap about the arcadesite, I took it down just to go with the wallpapersite.
