Selling Website with exact match domain on dental niche (First page google ranking)

Hi I want to sell the complete website crownsonteeth.net that is exact match domain. My site is currently ranking on 13th for the keyword "crowns on teeth". The reason of selling is that I have not much time now to maintain the site like article writing, link building etc.

The approximate CPC of the keyword "crowns on teeth" is $4 as shown in Google keyword tool. I already posted 4 article on my blog and each of the blog post is keyword optimized.
